[BREAKING] Plea in Supreme Court to have President Droupadi Murmu inaugurate new parliament building

The plea said that the statement issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat and the invites issued by the Secretary General of Lok Sabha for the inaugural function of the new building, are in violation of the Constitution.

A petition has been filed before the Supreme Court seeking directions to the Lok Sabha Secretariat to have the new parliament building inaugurated by the President of India, Droupadi Murmu.
