Plea to relax lawyers' dress code during summer: Supreme Court asks petitioner to approach BCI

The petitioner Shailendra Tripathi chose to withdraw his plea after a Bench of Justices Indira Banerjee and V Ramasubramanian asked him to approach the Bar Council of India (BCI) with his grievance.
