PM Modi Degree Row: Arvind Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh move Gujarat High Court to quash summons in defamation case

A sessions court had recently refused to quash the summons issued against the two politicians for their alleged defamatory statements made with regard to the controversy pertaining to the academic degree of PM Modi.
