[POCSO Act] Bar on repeated examination of child survivor under Section 33(5) ceases when survivor attains majority: Karnataka High Court

The High Court said that under Section 311 of CrPC, a victim after attaining 18 years of age could be called again for testifying in the court by the accused party.
