POCSO: Rajasthan District Judge suspended after alleged sexual assault of 14-year-old boy

The Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court placed District Judge Jitendra Singh, under suspension with immediate effect pending preliminary enquiry.

A District Judge in Rajasthan has been placed under suspension on Sunday after a case was registered against him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POSCO Act) for alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy.
