Ram Mandir inauguration: Plea in Allahabad High Court against 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony on Jan 22

The petitioner submitted that the temple is still under construction and consecration of deity cannot happen since it would be inconsistent with the Sanatana tradition.

A public interest litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the Allahabad High Court seeking ban on the upcoming Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav (consecration ceremony) of the Ram Lalla idol at Ayodhya's Ram temple which is slated to be held on January 22.
