Ravi Mittal to be next chairperson of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India

The chairperson’s post at the IBBI has been vacant since September 30 last year when Dr. MS Sahoo retired after completing his five-year tenure.

The Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet has approved the appointment of former secretary at the Department of Sports, Ravi Mittal, as the chairperson of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
