Breaking: Sabarimala Petitions to be heard on November 13

The petitions seeking review of the Supreme Court judgment on the entry of women in Sabarimala will be heard in open court on November 13 at 3 pm.

This was stated by the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi today upon mentioning by advocate Mathews Nedumpara.
“All petitions will be heard on November 13 at 3 pm. It will be on the website soon”, said Ranjan Gogoi.

The Supreme Court had yesterday said that it will decide on the listing of petitions concerning the entry of women into Sabarimala temple.

The Bench of Chief Justice, Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul had said that the Court is aware that there are as many as 19 review petitions against the Court’s verdict in the matter and will decide about when to hear the matter.
