Sabarimala: Travancore Devaswom Board opposes State of Kerala, AM Singhvi appears for Board [Day 3]

The Supreme Court continues to hear the case relating to entry of women into Sabarimala Temple for the third consecutive day.

The case is being heard by a Bench presided by Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices Rohinton Nariman, AM Khanwilkar, DY Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra.

During yesterday’s hearing, Justice Chandrachud had observed that women have an equal right to pray in the temple. Senior Advocates Indira Jaising and Raju Ramachandran, as well as advocate RP Gupta made their submissions on Day 2.
