ILS Grad & Smile Group’s GC Sahil Vohra joins Fox Networks Group

After spending six years at Smile Group as General Counsel, Sahil Vohra has now moved to Fox Networks Group.

He has joined Fox Networks Group as AVP & Head – Business & Legal Affairs.

On his decision to move, Sahil commented,

“As amongst the first movers into the field, my time at Smile has provided me with invaluable insight into the start-up, incubation & ITES eco-system and a rounded view of participating in the complete life cycle of companies from a birthing – funding – closing shop perspective, both as a lawyer and a business partner.

I join Fox & National Geographic with honed practical business acumen and look forward to helping them in achieving their business objectives in India.”

A graduate of ILS Law College, Pune, Sahil started his career with Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007. In 2010, he moved to Phoenix Legal and later in 2011, he joined Smile Group.
