<p style="text-align: justify;">Two Indian lawyers are among fourteen members freshly inducted into the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s (SIAC) Court of Arbitration.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partner <span style="color: #993366;"><strong>Tejas Karia</strong></span> and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner <span style="color: #993366;"><strong>Shaneen Parikh</strong></span> are among those who have been made members.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">Karia has over 19 years of experience and leads the Arbitration practice at Shardul Amarchand. He is a graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. He holds LL.M. degrees from LA Shah Law College and the London School of Economics. He joined the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in 2004.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">Parikh, who joined Amarchand Mangaldas in 1995, has a focus on dispute resolution, including arbitration (domestic and international), and corporate and commercial litigation.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">In related news, <span style="color: #993366;"><strong>Nishith Desai</strong> </span>has left the SIAC Board of Directors.
