Satyendar Jain moves Supreme Court challenging transfer of bail plea in money laundering case to another judge

The plea was mentioned by Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal before Chief Justice of India (CJI) UU Lalit on Monday who agreed to list the case for hearing tomorrow.

Delhi minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain has moved the Supreme Court challenging a transfer of his bail plea in a money laundering case from the judge who was hearing the matter, to another judge.
