SC Collegium recommends appointment of 2 additional judges of Punjab & Haryana High Court as permanent judges

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of two additional judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court as permanent judges of that court.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the Collegium held on June 2, 2026. The judges recommended for appointment as permanent High Court judges are:

1. Justice Harmeet Singh Grewal

2. Justice Deepinder Singh Nalwa

Justice Grewal and Justice Nalwa were sworn in as additional judges of the High Court on February 17, 2025.
