The Supreme Court today dismissed the petition filed seeking to restrain Congress President Rahul Gandhi from contesting the Lok Sabha elections on account of questions surrounding his citizenship.The Bench of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna dismissed the petition.
