"Highly inappropriate": SCBA condemns BCI statement opposing hearing of same sex marriage case by Supreme Court
A resolution to this effect passed by the SCBA said that it is the duty of the apex court to her the petition and decide whether it should be adjudicated by the Court or be left to the wisdom of the parliament.
