SCBA mulls E-Voting for upcoming Executive Committee elections, invites views of its members

The SCBA has informed its members that they are open for physical voting too, provided that standard COVID-19 protocol is maintained and permission for the same is given by the Court registry.

In view of rising COVID-19 cases in Delhi, the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has invited the views of its members with respect to a proposal to conduct the next Executive Committee (EC) elections through virtual mode, involving NSDL as an agency to coordinate.
