The three member committee, which was constituted to probe the alleged sexual harassment of law intern by a Supreme Court Judge, has submitted its report to the Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam naming Justice (Retd) AK Ganguly as the alleged perpetrator. Justice Ganguly is currently serving as the Chairman of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission..According to this report, the committee had submitted its report on Thursday after meeting for 6 times. The victim had deposed before the Committee and a report by NDTV claims that Justice Ganguly also testified before the Committee..Justice Ganguly has, however, claimed that he is innocent.
