SIAC signs MOU with the Federation of Indian Corporate Lawyers

The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federation of Indian Corporate Lawyers (FICL), India to promote international arbitration as a preferred method for resolving international disputes..Under the MOU, SIAC and FICL will organize conferences, seminars, workshops or other events on international arbitration in India and Singapore. The MOU also stipulates conducting training programmes on international arbitration and the SIAC Rules for FICL's members; and providing marketing support for international arbitration-related events in India and Singapore..The MOU was signed on November 26, 2022, by Gloria Lim, Chief Executive Officer of SIAC, and Dr Ashok Sharma, Founder & CEO of FICL..Commenting on this collaboration, Dr Ashok Sharma, Founder and CEO of FICL, said, “We are pleased to be entering into this collaboration with SIAC.
