[Siddique Kappan] Mathura court transfers UAPA case to special NIA court in Lucknow

This move came pursuant to an application moved by the State before a Mathura local court highlighting that the NIA court in Lucknow has been designated the UAPA court for the State of Uttar Pradesh.
