Spice Route Legal announces salary scales for 2024-25

Spice Route Legal has announced its yearly compensation structure for Financial Year (FY) 2024-25.

The revised annual salaries range from ₹16.2 lakh per annum for a Band 1 associate to ₹90 lakh per annum for a counsel (inclusive of bonuses).

Below is a table of the new pay structure at the firm:

For Associates within the firm, categorized into four bands, the annual compensation, excluding bonuses, will range from ₹12 lakh to ₹27 lakh. The yearly bonus for Associates will range from ₹4.2 lakh to ₹9.45 lakh.

Senior Associates, also classified into four bands, will receive yearly compensation excluding bonuses ranging from ₹33.6 lakh to ₹43.2 lakh. The higher-end yearly bonus for Senior Associates will range from ₹16.8 lakh to ₹21.6 lakh.

Counsel will be compensated with salaries ranging from ₹54 lakh to ₹60 lakh annually, exclusive of bonuses. The higher-end yearly bonus for counsels will range from ₹27 lakh to ₹30 lakh.

The firm had disclosed salary scales for its Associates last year as well.
