Supreme Court asks ex-soldier to undergo DNA test in paternity case; rejects defence of right to privacy violation

The plea in Supreme Court had stated that if petitioner is compelled to give blood sample for DNA test, it will hamper his prestige and privacy which cannot be compensated with money.
