Supreme Court collegium publishing RAW, IB opinions on candidates for judgeship a matter of concern: Law Minister Kiren Rijiju

Recently, the Collegium had published on the top court's website, a slew of resolutions containing reasons given by IB and RAW on why the government was opposing candidature of certain persons for judgeship.

Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said on Tuesday that the Supreme Court Collegium publishing the opinions of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Intelligence Bureau (IB) on candidates recommended by the Collegium for judgeship, is a matter of concern.
