Supreme Court Collegium recommends appointment of advocate Manjusha Ajay Deshpande as Bombay High Court judge

On May 2, 2023, the Collegium deferred its decision on the recommendation and sought a report of the then ACJ of the Bombay High Court in view of the issues the Department of Justice flagged.
