The Supreme Court of India has conferred Senior Advocate designation on six retired High Court judges..The decision was taken by the apex court at a full court meeting held on April 1.The six judges who have been conferred the gown are:Ambadas Haribhau Joshi - former judge of Bombay High Court Chander Shekhar - former judge of Delhi High Court Cyril Thamarai Selvam - former judge of Madras High Court Prithviraj Keshavrao Chavan - former judge of Bombay High Court Rajbir Sehrawat - former judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court Raj Mohan Singh - former judge of Madhya Pradesh High Court.[Read notification]
