[Breaking]:Supreme Court extends final date for verification of lawyers

The Supreme Court of India seems to be at the very end of its tether, as far as the holding of the State Bar Council elections is concerned. A bench of Justices Pinaki Chandra Ghose and Ashok Bhushan today directed that the last date of submission of applications for the verification process of lawyers would stand extended to November 30, cautioning that the deadline should not be surpassed under any circumstances.
