Supreme Court to hear on February 3 plea by AAP's Shelly Oberoi to expedite Delhi MCD Mayor polls
Oberoi, in her plea, has sought directions for the elections to take place in a time-bound manner, and to ensure that the nominated members are not allowed to vote.
The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear on February 3, the plea filed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Shelly Oberoi seeking to expedite the elections to Delhi's mayor post.
