Supreme Court lawyers write to CJI DY Chandrachud protesting discontinuation of adjournment letter circulation

The lawyers have stated that doing away with letters seeking adjournment pending the introduction of a standard operating protocol is not in the interest of lawyers and judges.

281 Supreme Court lawyers have sent a signed letter to Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud asking him to revoke a circular stating that the practice of circulating letters for adjournment would be discontinued.
