Supreme Court issues non-bailable warrant against litigant who said contempt notice was "useless, disrespectful"

"Sir, I decline to appear in Court because it is a useless notice from you to me. It is a disrespectful act from you to me", the contemnor's response to notice in the contempt petition read.
