Supreme Court rejects appeal by RGNUL Patiala against P&H High Court order to charge only for 50% hostel fees for COVID period

A bench of Justices BR Gavai and Vikram Nath dismissed the appeal filed by university against the High Court ruling that had also directed a refund of the excess amount charged.
