Supreme Court seeks response from Central government, BCI, J&K High Court on plea to establish Bar Council for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh

The Supreme Court on Friday sought the response of the Bar Council of the India, the Central government and the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh in a plea filed by an advocate to set up a bar council for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh [Supriya Pandita vs Union of India and ors].
