Supreme Court sets aside AP High Court order criticising Collegium, CM Jagan Mohan Reddy

The High Court order was authored by Justice Rakesh Kumar who is known for his outspoken judgments. He had recently resigned from the NCLAT after a contempt of court case was initiated against him.
