Supreme Court stays Bombay High Court direction to ECI to hold Pune Lok Sabha by-polls

The High Court had directed the ECI to conduct by-elections to fill the Pune constituency seat in the Lok Sabha, which has been vacant since March 29, 2023 after the death of MP Girish Bapat.
