Supreme Court stays NGT order imposing ₹1,000 crore penalty on Punjab for improper waste management

A Bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud with Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra issued notice on Punjab's appeal, stayed the NGT order and scheduled the matter for further hearing on October 21.
