Supreme Court stays proceedings before Jharkhand High Court against CM Hemant Soren

A Bench of Justices UU Lalit, S Ravindra Bhat and Sudhanshu Dhulia reserved its order in the plea against a Jharkhand High Court order which had upheld the maintainability of the PIL against Soren.
