Shashank Garg, a former partner with Advani & Co., has re-joined the firm as a Partner. Shashank will be in charge of the Delhi Office and replaces Apar Gupta, who had left the firm to set up his independent practice..Shashank joins the firm from Suri & Co and specializes in dispute resolution and litigation. He has also been recently appointed Reporter of India Jurisdiction by the IBA Arbitration Sub-committee..On his decision to move back to Advani, Shashank commented,.“For the last one and a half years, I have been focusing on dispute resolution (including commercial arbitration and mediation).
