

Symbiosis Law School graduates Sangeet Rai and Neeraj Rai, along with National Law Institute University graduate Rachitta Rai, have set up a law firm called ‘Lexolve Partners’ based in Delhi. It is a law firm that has been setup by members of the same family.
“After working at different law firms and law offices at various places including Delhi and Mumbai, lawyers from the same family have joined hand as Partners in this start up law firm,” said Managing Partner Sangeet Rai.
Sangeet Rai, who has almost 9 years of experience specializing in corporate and commercial laws and securities law, will be driving the firm’s corporate practice.
Sangeet also holds a masters degree in corporate and commercial law from Queen Mary, University of London, and has previously worked at ALMT Legal in Mumbai. With the opening of ALMT’s Delhi office in 2011, Sangeet moved to Delhi and worked with the firm till 2012 after which he joined Seth Dua and Associates.
Neeraj Rai, who has over 16 years of experience, will be leading the litigation practice of the firm He has had extensive experience of handling civil, commercial, constitutional and criminal matters, including economic offences matters
Rachitta is practicing as a litigation lawyer since 2007, and has previously worked with Udwadia & Udeshi in Mumbai for about two years.
P. P. N. Rai “Pandaj”, a senior trial lawyer and Senior Advocate S K Katriar (former judge of the Patna High Court), who currently practices in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court, will be acting as mentors at the firm.
The firm is also looking to either set up offices or develop associate offices in Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and West Bengal.
