Telangana High Court directs District Judiciary not to host, organise religious functions, ceremonies in court premises

The Registrar General of the High Court cited similar circulars issued way back in May 1987 and also in May 2018 instructing judicial officers not to allow any kind of religious ceremonies in court premises.

The Telangana High Court last week issued a circular directing entire district judiciary in the State not to celebrate or organise any kind of religious functions or ceremonies inside court premises.
