Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry bars 19 lawyers from practicing
The lawyers included those with ongoing criminal offences against them, those convicted of offences as well as a few found to be acting contrary to the Advocates Act.
The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on Monday passed prohibitory orders against 19 lawyers from practicing in all courts, tribunals and other authorities in India.
