TN Bar Council suspends six lawyers facing various charges including attempt to murder, POCSO

The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry has suspended six lawyers from practising before any court or tribunal, as they are facing criminal proceedings under the Indian Penal Code on charges ranging from suppression of information, attempt to murder and cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act).
