A lawyer had sent his junior to mention a matter for urgent listing, and when the junior was unable to answer details which the Bench asked, the Court called upon her senior to remain present.
The Bombay High Court on Tuesday pulled up a lawyer for sending his junior for mentioning a case without adequately preparing her to respond to the queries of the Court.
