Trilegal has today promoted five of its Counsels to equity partnership.
The five new Equity Partners are
With today’s announcement, Trilegal partnership size increases to 32, with nine new Partners being added in the last six months. This includes Faraz Alam Sagar who joined as a disputes resolution partner from ELP, Ravindra Bandhakavi, who joined in the corporate practice from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in May this year, and Kunal Chandra and Gautam Singh in the corporate practice who were selected from within after the previous round of Partner selection process held in April this year.
Anand Prasad, Partner, Trilegal and member of the firm’s management committee said,

Aniruddha also holds an M.Sc in Law & Finance from University of Oxford. He has previously worked at SJ Berwin.
Atul Gupta is a counsel in the corporate and
employment practice group of the firm and is based out of Bangalore.
A graduate of NUJS, Rohan Ghosh Roy, joined the Mumbai office in 2008 and has been part of the firm since then. He is also part of the corporate practice group.
Samsuddha Majumder is part of the tax team and focuses on indirect taxation.
Upasana is a graduate of Symbiosis Law College, Pune and holds an LL.M. from King’s College London. She joined Trilegal in 2009 and is part of the corporate practice group. She has previously worked at DSK Legal and Reed Smith LLP.
