Trilegal makes 6 partners including 2 women NALSAR graduates

Trilegal has announced its annual promotions. The firm has made six partners – two from Bangalore, two from Mumbai, and two from Delhi.

The following lawyers have been made Partner:

  1. Amar Narula
  2. Anuradha Agnihotri
  3. Anirudh Agarwala
  4. Harsh Jain
  5. Tine Abraham
  6. Wiseroy Damodaran

Rahul Matthan, Partner and member of the firm’s management committee, Trilegal, said,

Anirudh Agarwala is part of the corporate practice group in Mumbai. His experience includes working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, restructuring and structured investments.

Anirudh has also advised various funds on governmental policies and regulatory issues relating to their investments, structures and acquisitions. He is a 2010 graduate of NUJS.

Anuradha Agnihotri is a 2006 graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad. She has previously worked at Amarchand Mangaldas and Bharucha & Partners before joining Trilegal in Bangalore.

She is part of the dispute resolution team. Anuradha has extensive experience in foreign seated and domestic arbitration as well as litigation in the Bombay and Karnataka High Courts, Supreme Court and other High Courts and lower courts across India.

Amar Narula is part of the Energy and Infrastructure team of Trilegal at its Delhi office. His primary areas of practice are energy and infrastructure projects. He is a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur.

Harsh Jain is 2009 graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He worked at Clifford Chance for over two years before joining Trilegal in 2011.

Harsh Jain is based in the Mumbai office of Trilegal, and is part of the corporate practice. His primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.

Tine Abraham is part of the Dispute Resolution practice in Delhi. Tine has represented various clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various tribunals. She previously worked at Tuli & Co before joining Trilegal in 2014. She is also a graduate of NALSAR Hyderabad.

Wiseroy Damodaran is based in the Bangalore office and is part of the general corporate practice. Prior to joining Trilegal, Wiseroy worked at Desai Diwanji. He focusses specifically on M&A and private equity-related work. He regularly advises private equity and venture capital fund houses on their investments in the information technology space.

He is an alumnus of National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi.
