#Promotions: Trilegal makes Nayantara Nag and Ramakant Rai partners

Trilegal has today promoted two if its Counsel – Nayantara Nag and Ramakant Rai – to equity partnership. The two lawyers have been given the green signal to enter the Trilegal partnership.

Nayantara is the fifth woman partner. The other four are Charandeep Kaur, Kosturi Ghosh, Upasana Rao and Nisha Kaur Uberoi.

Nayantara Nag is part of the Projects group. She has significant experience in representing the government, lenders, sponsors, developers and contractors on projects in diverse infrastructure sectors such as metro, ports, roads, water and power.

Nayantara is an alumnus of University of Delhi.

Ramakant Rai is part of the corporate practice. He has represented leading corporates in various domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Ramakant is an alumnus of National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
