Trilegal today announced the launch of its new office in Gurgaon.
The founding team of Gurgaon office will include Partners Ravindra Bandhakavi, Harsh Pais, Yogesh Singh and Vaibhav Kothari, who were all earlier part of the firm’s New Delhi office.
The firm has undergone a number of changes this year. In May, the firm announced a series of changes in its management structure, with the introduction of a Consultative Board, National Practice Heads and a Chief Operations Officer. This move was announced a short while after co-founding Partner Anand Prasad decided to quit the firm to pursue other interests.
In April, the firm promoted three of its Counsels – Kunaal Shah, Nikhil Narendran and Vaibhav Kothari – to equity partnership across Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi.
Most recently, S&R Associates’ Bhakta Patnaik joined Trilegal as a Partner and is the head of the firm’s Capital Markets practice.
