The Supreme Court on Wednesday stayed all criminal proceedings against HW News Network and its journalists, Samriddhi Sakunia and Swarnja Jha who were booked by the Tripura Police for their reports on the recent communal violence in the State [Theo Connect Private Ltd v. State of Tripura].
