UP court issues notice to PMO after PM Modi wears Indian Army uniform

The complainant submitted that PM Modi was seen wearing Indian Army uniform in Kashmir last year, an offence punishable under Section 140 (wearing garb or carrying token used by soldier, sailor or airman) of IPC.

The District Court at Prayagraj has issued notice to the PMO (Prime Minister's Office) on a plea filed against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for wearing Indian Army uniform last year on his visit to Kashmir.
