Urban naxals frequently seeking house arrest instead of jail: Solicitor General Tushar Mehta in GN Saibaba hearing

Mehta was responding to an argument by Saibaba's counsel R Basant praying that Saibaba be placed under house arrest instead of jail in view of the medical complications he suffers from.
