Supreme Court takes suo motu cognisance of exclusion of visually impaired candidates from Madhya Pradesh judicial service

A bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud converted a letter petition into a suo motu plea and issued notice to the Secretary General of Madhya Pradesh High Court, the State of Madhya Pradesh and the Union of India.
