Webinar: Justices Gautam Patel, Prathiba Singh to speak on “Internet Infringement Impacts: Transborder Reputation & Jurisdiction under IPR”

The webinar will be held on Sunday morning in a session hosted by HNLU, Raipur and the CAN Foundation. The session will also see Justice Patel paying tribute to late Prof (Dr) Shamnad Basheer.

The Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in collaboration with the CAN Foundation will be hosting an online session featuring Justice Gautam S Patel of the Bombay High Court and Justice Prathiba M Singh of the Delhi High Court to discuss “Internet Infringement Impacts: Transborder Reputation and Jurisdiction Under IPR."

The discussion will be held on September 27, Sunday at 11.30 am.
