[BREAKING] West Bengal govt constitutes commission headed by retired Supreme Court judge Justice Madan Lokur to probe Pegasus scandal

The Commission of Inquiry will also have on board former Acting Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court, Justice (retired) Jyotirmay Bhattacharya.

The government of West Bengal has constituted a two-member Commission of Inquiry headed by retired Supreme Court Judge, Justice Madan B Lokur to probe allegations that the Pegasus software developed by Israeli spyware firm NSO had been misused to spy on Indian lawyers, journalists, government officials, Constitutional functionaries and others.
